The only way I have seen to submit to ASK is to ping their URL. That is:
You must have a sitemap in XML. (a free way to get one is at XMLSitemaps.com
Paste the following URL into your browser, insert the URL of your own sitemap where indicated, and bang return. If done correctly, you should receive an acceptance.
