Trix and Uncle Rascob: A story about everlasting life

[Uncle Rascob]

A story about pets having eternal, everlasting lives eases the pain when a beloved pet dies.

This is not my story. The basic concept comes from bedtime stories told by my great-uncle, Peg McElwee, more than seventy years ago. If they had not been lost from my memory, I would have told them but, since they are, I have created characters and a story line based upon those long forgotten tales. Those stories changed my life.

Although he never said so, his stories had a purpose. They helped me deal with the grief of death, the indescribable pain and loss of losing my beloved pets as happens so often on the farm. Through his stories I came to believe that, while they might be lost to me, they lived on with each other. There was great comfort and solace in that. And, truth be told, I still believe it today.

If you love a pet, you will never forget this story. It will change your life as well. So order your copy today.
